WATCH: Quando Rondo’s New Video “Beneficial Love,”

Quando Rondo’s new video “Beneficial Love,” the latest visual accompaniment to the NeverBrokeAgain/Atlantic-signee’s latest mixtape Diary of a Lost Child, pictures the 21-year old Savannah, GA native celebrating his rise to success in all the luxurious trappings of a hillside Hollywood-hidehood. Rondo raps over the upbeat track highlighting his knack for catchy melodies and layered inflections.

Rondo has a lot to celebrate, coming off back-to-back acclaimed projects in 2020 (Diary of a Lost Child and QPAC) and a slew of hit-singles that rose his name to the top of list of rising Southern-crooners. Rondo sets himself apart with his unique blend of hard-hitting lyricism and rare vocal talent. He also has the ability to bounce over fast-paced trap instrumentals through his uptempo flow and layered melodies that drop on-top of eachother and create tracks that bang over and over again.

Quando Rondo has also built his fanbase through a commitment to visuals, as “Beneficial Love” is the sixth music video from Diary of a Lost Child following “Soldier,”“Don’t Pray For Me,”“Materialistic Pain,”“In My Feelings,” and “Shooters & Movers.” Rondo’s discography is notably absent of big-name features, which attests to the young artist’s ability to mould a unique style. This style meshes the listenability of Quando’s vocals with the sincerity of his lyrics that illuminate his upbringing in dire circumstances growing up in poverty and violence. Hopefully Quando Rondo will continue to drop more gems in 2020, but for now celebrate his success with “Beneficial Love,”
