GRANDMA teamed up with Sophie Meiers to create a new single titled “Virtually Anything” headlining a groovy bassline mixed with an R&B guitar riff, relatable theme, and stellar vocals. This duo matches each other's energy stride for stride in creating a song about finding someone who could be perfect for you but doubts and questions creep into the mind to sabotage what could have been ‘virtually anything’.

Sophie Meiers starts off her verse with crisp vocals and a flashy range that sucks you into the song, sequentially leading into an interesting chorus of a high pitched whisper type singing. The different style and creativity of this may throw you off at first due to its abnormal sound, but the verses stacked against it make it work beautifully. Although short in length, GRANDMA’s verse fits like a glove, switching from very high pitched singing to a low toned singing where he flaunts his control and short vibratos.

The switch in tones is extremely pleasing for listeners and draws you right back into the song where they would eventually team back up in the final chorus. Tying the entire song together, his own verse keeps it simple yet skillfully crafted while still maintaining the ideas the song is based around. This late night vibe is best saved for those gloomy days and stormy nights but still complements any playlist looking for some more diversity. GRANDMA and Sophie Meiers constructed “Virtually Anything” as an extremely enticing track that is a must listen for any alternative/R&B fans.
