Bazzi has held a tight grip on fans over the years, earning over 9 billion streams worldwide. Bazzi’s new song, “Miss America,” is the latest pop anthem from this powerhouse of an artist.
The song itself has an exciting backtrack that follows an unwavering beat while Bazzi’s catchy chorus and lyrics stream over top. The music video, directed by Abigail Wilson, stars Bazzi himself as a number of different characters, but most notably as the presenter of the Miss America Competition.
Women clad in the patriotic red, white, and blue strut down the stage while Bazzi sings, with the contestants getting increasingly risqué during the talent portion.
The audience is lively and enthusiastic which invites the viewer to feel that same energy through the screen. Yovanna Ventura, Dylan Sprouse, and Barbara Palvin also star in the video, adding a layer of surprise and familiarity to the new summer anthem. At the end of the talent show, even Bazzi himself dons a sparkly pink dress and accessories that then spur the Judges to crown everyone a winner.
