Audrey Nuna finally released her anticipated 10-track project ‘a liquid breakfast’ via Arista Records on May 21st. Nuna began the project last summer and shared her first hit “blossom” earlier this month.
In “a liquid breakfast” Nuna unmasks her low self-esteem and as you listen, you can hear her re-evaluating and rebuilding her confidence track by track.
Nuna’s got the sound down: hip-hop, a low and alluring voice, and R&B. Although her music sounds familiar in a comfortable way, her vulnerability does not, which makes her project markedly different from other current hits.
