At the start of quarantine, Wallows released their groove-ridden single, “OK.” Remi Wolf and Solomonophonic revamped the track this past week, and their additions evoke a rejuvenating feeling that makes being stuck at home much more tolerable. Remi Wolf, the 24 year old California based musician, embraces modern psychedelic pop as well as genre-bending melodies in her music. Solomonophonic is the production genius behind Wolf, and the two worked together to create a rendition of “OK” that is colored and stimulating. The track features an energetic tempo accompanied by lyrics that effortlessly describe the dynamics of an inequitable relationship. 

The members of Wallows, Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters, and Cole Preston, have been close friends since the age of 11. The strong foundation of their friendships reflects in their music through their ceaseless instrumentals and soft, synchronized beats. Their quarantine-made EP, Remote, is out now.
