The Driver Era is relatively new group, originally forming in 2018 after the band R5 went on hiatus. The Driver Era is made up of brothers Rocky and Ross Lynch, the latter of which you may recognize from a number of Disney projects and the Netflix television show Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

The duo’s first song, “Preacher Man,” was released mid-March 2018 with the music video following along a few weeks later. To date, The Driver Era has released 2 studio albums, 3 extended plays, 17 singles, and now 15 music videos.

There is no shortage of content when it comes to The Driver Era, and fans can’t get enough. The group’s most recent single, “Keep Moving Forward (feat. Nikka Costa),” now has its companion video on YouTube. The song itself is a fast-paced dance anthem that encourages listeners to get up and dance. The meaning behind the lyrics may bring a sense of despondency, as the song describes having to move on after certain experiences, whether they be good or bad, but the positive tone that the song proffers reminds people to look on the bright side of things. The music video, directed by Tate Warner, focuses on Ross and Rocky Lynch enjoying their lives sailing on the water, watching sunsets, and lounging on boat decks; just living life to the fullest.

The Driver Era also recently announced their Summer Mixtape, set to be released mid-August.
