Christian Sparacio, the Marlboro, New Jersey native, gives a window into the wanderlust of adventure in his newest single “Pacific AM”. He talks of the chances sunrises bring and the freedom that comes with minimalistic travel, which is matched well with his California surfer tone. The artist’s west coast style can come off as almost folky, but he then hits you with the versatility of his voice. He’s very adaptable melodically while also keeping simple, smooth, and true lyrics.

Sparacio’s single released on June 18th of this year, and for the next month, he has pledged to donate 100% of the revenue to go towards Campaign Zero in its efforts to eliminate police brutality. It is promising to see so many young artists like Sparacio speak up and use their platform to make a difference in this pivotal point in American history. Christian Sparacio sees an opportunity in his work to take advantage of the notoriety in an effort to make a change in a global situation.

Despite the somewhat privileged subject matter of adventurous travel, the musician exhibits his ability to stay focused on the bigger picture and work towards something bigger than himself through his Campaign Zero work. With that said, Sparacio has proved that he can shake up the musical world as well as the social world as he shows promise as a young artist with a mind going in a good direction and melodies that will carry you away.
