The ascending Los Angeles crooner BLXST  builds on the momentum from his standout debut mixtape No Love Lost, with a brand new EP Just For Clarity. The two-track project distills the most infectious aspects of BLXT’s music: crafting intoxicating laid-back west coast melodies over the hypnotic piano and guitar riffs, hip-moving baselines, and snappy percussion. 

BLXST enlists one of the most talented young west-coast spitters Drakeo the Ruler on “Don’t Forget,” a silky smooth sunset bop that demonstrates BLXST’S ability to incorporate the brashness of LA hip-hop with the smoothness of his vocals, reminiscent of Ty Dolla $ign and Nate Dogg. On “Fck Boys,” BLXST teams up with indie-hip hop pioneer Russ over lustrous guitars and a hard-hitting beat to create a velvety track of soulful bounce. 

Just For Clarity builds on BLXST’s momentum and proves his ability to create radio-ready west-coast bangers and collaborate with established artists, leaving audiences hungry to see more of BLXST’s vision.
